Babcock Wanson introduces a spectacular new development for the safe unattended operation of industrial steam boiler plant

Babcock Wanson introduces its latest and most impressive development in the unattended operation of industrial steam boilers.

Babcock Wanson transforms the unattended operation of industrial steam boilers with the introduction of OAM BW720 which is fully in accordance with the international standard EN12 953.

Following the enormous success of the BW72H operating system, the Babcock Wanson Research and Development objective of improving safety management and control of unattended boilers has led to the development of the OAM BW720 operating system. Monitoring and regulating burner, boiler, emissions and water treatment in a single integrated package allows uninterrupted boiler operation for greatly extended periods whilst data logging all relevant parameters.

OAM BW720 offers approved, continuous unattended steam boiler operation for 30 days, whilst simplifying routine test and maintenance tasks to achieve increased reliability. This means a Babcock Wanson Steam Boiler can be operated without on site presence using scheduled visits by a specialist technician.

The Operating Assistance Module (OAM) high integrity system inspires confidence with real-time monitoring and logging and removes any confusion over mandatory testing whilst offering considerable reductions in manning and operational costs.

KEY BENEFITS INCLUDE

  • Real time monitoring and recording of boiler parameters built into the standard package
  • Simplified operation with programmed maintenance to meet the boiler needs
  • Reduced testing regime while maintaining safe, reliable operation
  • The possibility to use off-site monitoring and test facitlities
To summarise; OAM BW720 exclusively from Babcock Wanson brings you the operational safety you need and expect with vastly reduced operating costs and improved boiler control.
