BABCOCK WANSON multiplies successes in rendering with a new odours treatment unit installed in Nitra (SK).

The mists treatment unit INCINEX ™ installed by CNIM BABCOCK Central Europe in 2005 in Nitra, Slovak Republic, confirms the leading position of BABCOCK WANSON in the field of exhaust waste gas incineration. "The know-how of BABCOCK WANSON in the odours treatment specially with the ultrasonic atomisation burner that makes BABCOCK WANSON a player that can not be ignored in the field of air thermal oxidation units " comments Mario Romagnoli manager of CNIM BABCOCK Central Europe. The technical skills of the Italian, Slovak and Czech teams in the design and the implementation of the unit in Nitra, for an application in the field of the rendering, allowed installation and completion delays reduced for a plant required to work under extreme conditions of temperature. This plant which treats 10t/h of mists (driers, cookers and storages) provides 10t/h of steam at 10 bar with efficiency close to traditional boilers while guaranteeing emissions of pollutants quite lower than the regulations in force.
