BABCOCK WANSON increases its presence in the area Printing with a new unit of Thermal Oxidation settle in Galicia at the beginning of 2006.

The INCINEX™ unit contracted to Calderas y proyectos BABCOCK WANSON in 2005, will deal with the contaminated air coming from the printing process. This order confirms the leading position in thermal oxidation of gaseous efluentes with Volatile Organic Compound contamination (VOCs). With this equipment it is a total of 16 that BABCOCK WANSON has in operation in Spain, extending once more his experience in the Air Treatment. This installation, that deals with 11,000 Nm3/h of air with high VOCs concentrations, allows to reach levels of emission of TOC (Total Organic Carbon), lower to the legislation required ones in Spain : Real Decree 117/2003 that regulates the emissions of VOCs due to the use of solvent in the industry.
