Energy and environmental optimisation provide the following :
- savings in fuel consumption by maintaining low oxygen rates ;
-
- reduced electrical consumption by using air fans with variable speed transmission ;
-
- low stack loss by optimisation of combustion (complementary geometry of the flame/combustion chamber ) permitting the reduction of NOx and preventing the CO formation ;
-
- reduction of the harmful effects of sound with less than 85 dB and with the option to go down to 75 dB at full burner output (even lower with reduced load) ;
-
- reliability proved by years of installation and services experience of BABCOCK WANSON burners.
The technology of the burners also allows use of special fuels, tallow, biogases, liquefied gases...
