EXT Series, heat recovery coil boilers

For any application generating hot gases rejected into the atmosphere, such as the exhausts of boilers or furnaces, the EXT boilers make possible the recovery of energy in various forms : hot water, superheated water, low or high pressure steam, thermal oil.

The EXT heat recovery boiler is made from steel coils, which create a large heat-transfer surface. These coils are assembled in series or parallel according to the application to ensure optimum exchange.

Operation is in only one pass makes it possible to maintain the heat-transfer surface clean whatever the particulate levels in the gases. The circulation of gases in the EXT boiler makes it possible reduce the temperature of the out-going gas to less than 200°C without forming acidic condensate, even in the presence of corrosive gases.

BABCOCK WANSON offers any type of configuration, horizontal or vertical, with upward or downward flow, assembled with gas by-pass and safety equipment.
