Destratification fan unit

The destratification fan is a unit for recirculating ambient air and thus making it possible to recover the heat accumulated under the roof space by redirecting it downwards to ground level. It is recommended that a rate of mixing from 3 to 5 vol/h will produce a good temperature blend.

The destratification fan starts automatically as soon as its thermostat detects an increase of temperature in the roof space of 2 or 3°C to that of the zones to be heated. As soon as the roof temperature drops, the destratification fan stops.

The distribution of heat in the room is improved and the warm up time is reduced ensuring comfort conditions are reached quickly and at the same time substantially reducing fuel costs.
