Indirect combustion generators (from 464 to 3000 kW and 300°C)

Generators for medium and high temperature. HTV and MTV are generators with indirect exchange used for drying by fresh air.

1- Up to180°C (with recycling air) - series BW HT :
the air to be treated is driven through the generator by means of an external fan. It is heated by contact with the combustion chamber and the tubular exchanger before reaching the desired temperature. The combustion chamber and the exchanger are made from stainless heat-resisting steel and the generator is equipped with a high temperature fan. The configuration can be horizontal or vertical, and treats air flows from 6 200 to 34 100 Nm³/h.

2- Up to 230°C - series MTV and HTV :
these are generators for middle and high temperature, the indirect exchange allows drying or process heating by fresh air. Air is heated around the fire-tube combustion chamber to achieve the desired temperature.
The components are :

• a BABCOCK WANSON burner with mechanical atomisation for liquid fuels assisted by steam or compressed air with primary air blower for gas or mixed fuels ;
• a circuit of air under pressure or under depression according to the process ;
• a control cabinet with all regulation and safety equipment pre-assembled and wired ;
• the air circulates in pressure or depression ;
• the chamber is constructed from stainless steel and the ring out of carbon steel ;
• gaseous fuel only.
