{"id":23367,"date":"2020-01-21T14:02:19","date_gmt":"2020-01-21T14:02:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.babcock-wanson.com\/2020\/02\/10\/babcock-wanson-realise-le-premier-chauffe-eau-supercritique-de-1mw-au-monde-alimente-au-gaz\/"},"modified":"2021-02-10T10:12:23","modified_gmt":"2021-02-10T10:12:23","slug":"babcock-wanson-realise-le-premier-chauffe-eau-supercritique-de-1mw-au-monde-alimente-au-gaz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.babcock-wanson.com\/fr\/2020\/01\/21\/babcock-wanson-realise-le-premier-chauffe-eau-supercritique-de-1mw-au-monde-alimente-au-gaz\/","title":{"rendered":"Babcock Wanson r\u00e9alise le premier chauffe-eau supercritique de 1MW au monde aliment\u00e9 au gaz"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"vgblk-rw-wrapper limit-wrapper\">Babcock Wanson a produit pour Promethean Particles, dans le cadre de son processus de production de nanoparticules, un chauffe-eau supercritique au gaz TPC SW 1MW sur mesure, qui fonctionne \u00e0 une pression de 275 bars et atteint une temp\u00e9rature de 490\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>Promethean Particles a construit la plus grande usine de fabrication de nanoparticules multi-mat\u00e9riaux en continu au monde, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Nottingham, produisant plus de 1000 tonnes par an.\u00a0 La conception unique de son r\u00e9acteur permet une production continue (par opposition aux lots) et une grande flexibilit\u00e9, ce qui lui permet de produire une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riaux selon les sp\u00e9cifications des clients.\u00a0 Cette flexibilit\u00e9 est due en grande partie \u00e0 la large gamme de temp\u00e9ratures que permet son proc\u00e9d\u00e9, ce qui est important car il existe une corr\u00e9lation entre la temp\u00e9rature et la taille des particules.<\/p>\n<p>Babcock Wanson a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;un des rares fabricants contact\u00e9s par Promethean Particles, et le seul \u00e0 fournir une solution ad\u00e9quate.\u00a0 Le chauffage est bas\u00e9 sur un Babcock Wanson TPC 1000B, mais avec des int\u00e9rieurs et des contr\u00f4les tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9ciaux.\u00a0 Pour ce r\u00e9chauffeur sur mesure, Babcock Wanson a con\u00e7u et fabriqu\u00e9 un assemblage de bobines continues sp\u00e9cialement enroul\u00e9es pour former la surface chauffante principale en utilisant de l&rsquo;acier inoxydable ASI 321 de 9 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur, par opposition \u00e0 l&rsquo;acier au carbone de 4 mm utilis\u00e9 habituellement pour un chauffe-eau de type industriel standard.\u00a0 Le diam\u00e8tre du tube est tr\u00e8s petit.\u00a0 Ce mat\u00e9riau et cette \u00e9paisseur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisis pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de pression et de temp\u00e9rature du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 afin de pouvoir produire de l&rsquo;eau supercritique jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 250 bars et 450\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs d\u00e9fis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 relev\u00e9s en cours de route, notamment la conception d&rsquo;un chauffe-eau capable d&rsquo;accepter des variations de d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;eau (entre 600 et 3000 kg\/h par heure) et d&rsquo;apport de chaleur dans des param\u00e8tres assez larges ; le d\u00e9veloppement de techniques de soudage sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es pour adapter le mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 la pression de conception requise et aux sp\u00e9cifications d&rsquo;instruments et de contr\u00f4les sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s pour travailler \u00e0 ces temp\u00e9ratures et pressions.<\/p>\n<p>En tout, il a fallu sept mois pour concevoir et construire l\u2019ensemble.\u00a0 Le syst\u00e8me de combustion, le sch\u00e9ma de contr\u00f4le et le logiciel ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us en interne par Babcock Wanson.\u00a0 Les supports, les soupapes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les r\u00e9gulateurs de pression et les r\u00e9gulateurs diff\u00e9rentiels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fournis et install\u00e9s en interne pour permettre l&rsquo;homologation PED.\u00a0 Une \u00e9tude de danger et d&rsquo;op\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 (HAZOP) a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e entre les ing\u00e9nieurs de Babcock Wanson et de Promethean pour examiner les contr\u00f4les et l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration avec le syst\u00e8me Scada de contr\u00f4le du site.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9chauffeur qui en r\u00e9sulte fait maintenant partie int\u00e9grante du process, qui comprend la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de la chaleur du fluide de retour pour limiter l&rsquo;augmentation finale de la temp\u00e9rature du fluide \u00e0 90\u00b0C.\u00a0 Cela lui permet d&rsquo;atteindre une temp\u00e9rature de 360\u00b0C \u00e0 270 bars pour l&rsquo;amener \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature requise pour la condition supercritique.\u00a0 Avec de l&rsquo;eau standard, cela ne n\u00e9cessiterait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement que 314 kW, mais comme l&rsquo;eau supercritique est tr\u00e8s dense, il faut jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1000 kW.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;eau supercritique est ensuite pomp\u00e9e dans le r\u00e9acteur en m\u00eame temps que le pr\u00e9curseur, o\u00f9 elle se m\u00e9lange et forme le produit. \u00a0Le produit quitte le r\u00e9acteur par une section sp\u00e9cialement construite \u00e0 350\u00b0C.\u00a0 Il passe ensuite par l&rsquo;\u00e9changeur de chaleur pour le refroidir et r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la chaleur perdue, et la pression est r\u00e9duite avant de faire passer le produit dans un r\u00e9servoir de stockage.\u00a0 Selon le produit, un traitement ult\u00e9rieur peut alors \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ensemble du process est contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par un logiciel sophistiqu\u00e9 et est enferm\u00e9 dans un bo\u00eetier renforc\u00e9 pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Lewis Neve, ing\u00e9nieur de production chez Promethean Particles, commente : \u00ab\u00a0Le chauffage fonctionne comme pr\u00e9vu.\u00a0 Babcock Wanson savait ce qu&rsquo;il faisait et cela s&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s bien pass\u00e9.\u00a0 Ils ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s professionnels dans leur fa\u00e7on de communiquer avec nous et le fait qu&rsquo;ils \u00e9taient en communication constante nous a facilit\u00e9 la t\u00e2che\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- .vgblk-rw-wrapper --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Babcock Wanson a produit pour Promethean Particles, dans le cadre de son processus de production de nanoparticules, un chauffe-eau supercritique au gaz TPC SW 1MW sur mesure, qui fonctionne \u00e0 une pression de 275 bars et atteint une temp\u00e9rature de 490\u00b0.
