Babcock Wanson vous dit tout sur ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 essentiel pour assurer durabilit\u00e9, performance et r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts.<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>TRAITEMENT DE L\u2019EAU\u00a0: ELIMINATION DES GAZ DISSOUS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4><strong>Probl\u00e8mes engendr\u00e9s par les gaz dissous<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>L&rsquo;eau naturelle et l&rsquo;eau potable contiennent des gaz dissous. <strong>Certains de ces gaz dissous, en particulier l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne et le dioxyde de carbone, peuvent engendrer des probl\u00e8mes de corrosion et d\u2019entartrage<\/strong> n\u00e9fastes pour le fonctionnement et la dur\u00e9e de vie des chaudi\u00e8res industrielles.<\/p>\n<p>Le dioxyde de carbone <strong>CO<sub>2<\/sub><\/strong> est issu principalement de la combustion des combustibles fossiles. Une fois dissous dans l\u2019eau, il augmente l\u2019acidit\u00e9 de l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne O<sub>2<\/sub><\/strong>, bien que n\u00e9cessaire aux processus biologiques du vivant, joue, comme le <strong>CO<sub>2<\/sub><\/strong>, un r\u00f4le pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant dans les processus de\u00a0corrosion. <strong>L\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne O<sub>2<\/sub><\/strong> intervient \u00e9galement dans les processus d\u2019oxydation des m\u00e9taux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les chaudi\u00e8res \u00e0 vapeur n\u00e9cessitent une eau d\u2019alimentation de haute qualit\u00e9 pour assurer un contr\u00f4le total du risque de corrosion<\/strong>. La pr\u00e9sence de gaz dissous n\u2019est pas uniquement n\u00e9faste pour la durabilit\u00e9 des chaudi\u00e8res mais peut aussi agir n\u00e9gativement sur les performances des process de fabrications industrielles sensibles utilisant de l\u2019eau d\u00e9contamin\u00e9e, comme les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de rin\u00e7age (micro-\u00e9lectronique, analyses\u2026), le maintien en \u00e9tat de machines de fabrication et sur les r\u00e9seaux.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de d\u00e9gazage sont essentiels pour s\u2019assurer de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019eau. Il est inject\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une pompe doseuse, en ligne ou en batch avec asservissement du dosage.<\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>compos\u00e9s chimiques r\u00e9ducteurs comme le sulfite de sodium et l&rsquo;hydrazine<\/strong> sont utilis\u00e9s pour d\u00e9grader l\u2019O<sub>2<\/sub>. L\u00e0 aussi, l\u2019injection se fait \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une pompe doseuse.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Traitement physique<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La solubilit\u00e9 des gaz dans l&rsquo;eau diminue rapidement par \u00e9l\u00e9vation de temp\u00e9rature et devient pratiquement nulle \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9bullition. Elle d\u00e9cro\u00eet \u00e9galement par la r\u00e9duction de pression exerc\u00e9e sur le liquide (loi de Henry). Le d\u00e9gazage permettra alors de r\u00e9duire le dosage de produit alcalinisant sp\u00e9cifique employ\u00e9 pour traiter les eaux naturellement acides.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le d\u00e9gazage physique est une solution pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts d&rsquo;exploitation li\u00e9s aux produits de conditionnement. Il renforce la protection contre la corrosion des chaudi\u00e8res et permet ainsi d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer le rendement de la chaufferie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">D\u00e9gazeur atmosph\u00e9rique par stripping \u00e0 l\u2019air<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce syst\u00e8me agit par mise en contact \u00e0 contre-courant d\u2019air (pauvre en gaz \u00e0 \u00e9liminer) g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par un ventilateur ascendant et d\u2019eau (fortement charg\u00e9e en gaz \u00e0 \u00e9liminer) pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9e sur une charge d\u2019anneaux de m\u00e9lange. Le d\u00e9gazeur est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;une tour o\u00f9 l&rsquo;eau est pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9e sur des anneaux de contact, \u00e0 contre-courant du flux de vapeur.
