Vanuit dit oogpunt is de installatie zeer eenvoudig: er zijn geen schoorstenen nodig, brandstoftoevoernetwerken of opslagtanks. Bovendien is geen periodieke controle van de atmosferische emissies vereist.<\/p>\n<p>Rendementen van bijna 100% kunnen worden bereikt, aangezien alle binnenkomende elektrische energie in thermische energie wordt omgezet (slechts geringe warmteverliezen door de oppervlakken moeten worden afgetrokken).<\/p>\n<p>Nauwkeurige drukregeling met meerdere vermogenstrappen stellen de ketel in staat snel te reageren op veranderingen in de belasting. Dit maakt het mogelijk snel te starten om beschikbaar netvermogen op te nemen wanneer dat nodig is.<\/p>\n<h2>Robuuste constructie voor langere levensduur<\/h2>\n<p>De e-Pack ketels bestaan uit een stalen behuizing met roestvrijstalen warmte wisselaars, die tal van voordelen bieden op het gebied van prestaties, uitvoering en ook voor periodieke onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Ze zijn ontworpen om zowel een snelle opstart als een nelle stoomproductie mogelijk te maken, terwijl de dompelaars worden beschermd tegen overmatige sanningen.<\/p>\n<h2>Zuinige exploitatie<\/h2>\n<p>De regeling en instrumentatie maken <a href=\"https:\/\/www.babcock-wanson.com\/nl\/hulpmiddelen\/regelgeving\/bedrijfsmodus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">exclusieve Babcock Wanson bedrijfsmodi mogelijk<\/a> die zich aanpassen aan de beperkingen van alle industri\u00eble processen. De ketel wordt geleverd met het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.babcock-wanson.com\/2023\/02\/09\/navinergy-the-connected-boiler-room\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Navinergy<\/a> besturingssysteem, waarmee de bedrijfsparameters ter plaatse en op afstand kunnen worden gecontroleerd.<\/p>\n<h2>Eenvoudige installatie en inbedrijfstelling<\/h2>\n<p>De ketel wordt bedrijfsklaar geleverd. Het enige wat nodig is, is de aansluiting op de elektriciteit, het voedingswater en de stoomgebruikers.
