Bijgevolg wordt de installatie sterk vereenvoudigd: er is geen schoorsteen, toevoernetwerk voor brandstof of opslagtank nodig. Bovendien is er geen periodieke controle van de emissies in de lucht vereist. Er kunnen rendementen van meer dan 99% worden bereikt, aangezien alle binnenkomende elektrische energie wordt omgezet in thermische energie (er hoeft slechts rekening te worden gehouden met enkele geringe warmteverliezen via de wanden). De ketel is uitgerust met verschillende dompelaars voor een meertraps elektrisch vermogen met een technisch minimum van 50 kW. Dit resulteert in een zeer goed modulatievermogen en een functionering bij geringe belasting.<\/p>\n<h2>Robuuste constructie voor langere levensduur<\/h2>\n<p>De ketels LV-Pack hebben stalen wanden en platte bodems die worden ondersteund door trekstangen met dompelaars erop die talloze voordelen hebben op gebied van prestaties, inbedrijfstelling en periodiek onderhoud. Zezijn ontworpen om vlug op te starten en snel stoom te produceren, , terwijl de dompelaars worden beschermd tegen te plotseling veranderende spanningen.<\/p>\n<h2>Zuinige exploitatie<\/h2>\n<p>De regulering en instrumentatie maken <a href=\"https:\/\/www.babcock-wanson.com\/nl\/hulpmiddelen\/regelgeving\/bedrijfsmodus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">exclusieve Babcock Wanson-bedrijfsmodi<\/a> mogelijk die zullen worden aangepast aan de beperkingen van alle industri\u00eble processen.
