We also offer our customers a complete and innovative range of services associated with our equipment, thus facilitating their operation.

We are looking for a:

CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICIAN ITINERANT INDUSTRIAL BOILERS FOR EXPORT (M/F)

After an integration period during which you work in pairs with referring technicians, you provide customer service for steam, hot water, thermal fluid and industrial heating systems.

Your mission

You are responsible for the proper management of technical assistance contracts including:

  • preventive and corrective maintenance,
  • monitoring water treatment,
  • optimisation of burner settings,
  • as well as component optimization or renewal operations.

You may also be required to conduct training sessions in French and English on site at our clients’ premises.

You will be supported at all times by a project manager and you will benefit from the technical support of the product lines.

As an Export Technician, you are in charge of carrying out service missions for our customers abroad (Main areas: Africa – Dom Tom – Europe – Maghreb).

Domiciled near an international airport, you are assigned 60% of the time to export missions and 40% of the time to missions in your region, in France.

Your profile

With a technical background, from Bac pro to Bac+2, your knowledge of electrical engineering, maintenance, automation, regulation and combustion is confirmed.

You ideally have at least 2 years of successful experience in the Industrial and/or Services sector.

Autonomous, you are also recognized for your rigour and organizational skills.

A proven practice of English is a plus.
