Our Main Functions

Area Manager (M/F)

Main missions

You implement on the field company’s commercial strategy in the promotion and the development of equipment sales and service in your area.

  • Build existing customer loyalty and detect of new projects in order to conquer new customers and prospects.
  • Develop standard equipment offers and monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Report regularly reporting to the Regional Manager.
  • Binomial with the Commercial Projects Manager on specific and significant projects identified with clients.
  • Develop services portfolio, such as: maintenance contracts, water treatment products, repair or compliance works, burners, energy diagnosis and spare parts with the help of the regional team (field service engineers, Project manager) and product lines.

Required profile

  • Post-degree technical training (electrical engineering, automation, thermal).
  • Mastery of sales techniques for industrial equipment and service contracts in heating fields (industrial boilers, burners, water treatment and air heating).

Séverine “With 16 years of experience in the field of water treatment, it is already 3 years and a half that I am at BW as a Technical-Commercial Water Treatment Agency East!

This job is varied, it requires dynamism and adaptability. In one day we go from technology to commerce, from the administrative to the animation of the technicians; we visit Mr Durand, the little cheese maker from Jura and Mr. Dupont, the maintenance manager of the petrochemical platform.

Attached to Regional Manager, you are led to support the commercial monitoring of equipment in your geographical area.

Main missions

You implement on the field company’s commercial strategy in the promotion and the development of equipment sales and service in your area.

  • Perform technical and economic studies that meet the specific characteristics of the client;
  • Write the technical-commercial offers with the support of the Product Line Department;
  • Participate in the development of a commercial action plan and deploy it;
  • Realisation of telephone and physical prospecting actions.

Required profile

  • Post-degree technical training (electrical engineering, automation, thermal or chemistry depending on the product line).
  • Electrotechnical / automation skills.
  • A very good customer relationship, commercial skills, availability and a good knowledge of the industrial fabric of the geographic area entrusted.
