Our Main Functions

Field Service Engineer (M / F)

You provide customer service for steam boiler, hot water boiler, thermal fluid boiler, and industrial air heating installations.

Main missions

Ensure the proper management of technical assistance contracts, including:

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance,
  • Water treatment monitoring,
  • Burner settings optimisation,
  • As well as optimisation operations or components renewal.

Required profile

  • Technical training (electrical engineering, automation, thermal).
  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience in the industrial field and / or Services.
  • Autonomy, method and relational ease.


Field Service Engineer - France

Agency Assistant (M/F)

You are responsible for coordinating all administrative aspects of the service. You are also the interface between the various internal and external stakeholders of the agency or region.

Main missions

  • Telephone and clients’ reception.
  • Intervention schedules management for Field Service Engineers and Technical Managers.
  • Activity reporting management flows for Field Service Engineers & input of the payroll elements.
  • Administrative follow-up of the agency: letters, purchase orders, filing, archiving.
  • Participation in the Hygiene Safety Environment process of the agency and in particular management of prevention plans for client sites and monitoring of certifications (ISO, MASE ...).
  • Write simple propositions (ex: training, small repairs).
  • Customer relaunch (recovery ...).

Required profile

  • Management assistant training or equivalent.
  • Mastery of the Office Pack.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, responsiveness and sense of organization


Agency Assitant - France

Mylene "I have been an assistant at the Vitrolles Agency for five years. This position requires a great versatility because the daily missions are multiple: customer relations, telephone reception, management of the schedule and the technicians' scores, contract management, current administrative, relationship with the suppliers, our HR services and accounting.
