Modulo+
Developed in partnership with ADEME, Modulo+ Gas Burners from Babcock Wanson provide extended operating flexibility, improved energy savings and significantly reduced NOx emissions. Modulo+ is supplied with a specifically adapted combustion air fan, duplex gas trains, each with flow monitoring, and a specially developed combustion head for high turndown and very low NOx operation.
Modulo+ Gas Burners
- Fuel available: Natural gas, Liquefied gas
- From 2 to 24 MW
- Turn down ratio 1 to 12.
- Very low NOx operation of ≤ 60mg/Nm³ at 3% O2 (referring to EN676).
- Minimum excess air over the entire operating range.
- High turndown ratio means lower overall losses due to reduced number of purge cycles.
